This module aims to answer this question; you’ll gain a better understanding of the departments and variety of opportunities at the organisation, and also put your skills to the test with a work-related activity that’ll give you a taste of what it’s like working in a specific business area.
Careers at Coventry Building Society
Once you’ve learnt more about departments at Coventry Building Society, this module will build your awareness of the careers and opportunities you could pursue with the organisation.
From information about career programmes, internships, apprenticeships, and graduate programmes, to a series of ‘career spotlights’, you’ll round up the module with a work-related activity to help you experience what it could be like working in a certain job role.
Employability and workplace behaviours
Once you’ve learnt more about the world of work, you’ll want to know how you can get ready to progress. From exploring organisational purpose, values, and employer expectations to how to identify appropriate behaviours and attitudes for the workplace, this module will build your understanding of how to put your best foot forward when entering the world of work.
